Position Overview:

 

As the Assistant Head of School, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the academic and operational success of our online school. You will collaborate with the Head of School to oversee academic programs, guide faculty, and contribute to the growth and retention of our global student community. This is a part-time, remote position offering a flexible schedule with competitive compensation based on experience and budget.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of School in managing academic programs, including curriculum development and teacher support.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to faculty, ensuring they deliver high-quality online instruction.

  • Work to bring students from around the world together, fostering cross-cultural understanding and collaboration.

  • Support day-to-day school operations, including student services, faculty evaluations, and adherence to school policies.

  • Contribute to strategic planning and assist with school improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to attract and retain a diverse student body.

 

Qualifications:

​

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in an educational or leadership role, preferably within an online or hybrid learning environment.

  • Proven experience with online learning platforms and digital communication tools.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setting.

  • A passion for promoting global collaboration and bringing together students from diverse backgrounds.

 

Work Schedule:

  • 5 hours per week.

  • Set your own hours, Monday to Friday (flexible schedule).
